El Encanto de la Laguna, is a private gated community located on the north-east corner or San Jose del Cabo, is practically 10 mins away from the Art District in San Jose del Cabo.
This is a beachside community, that means that you have the ocean as a playground if you want, but beware this beach is not swimmable 100% of the time, but it is kind of 30% of the time, mostly during november through march.
For relaxation you have the Vera-Neo Beach Club, gym and restaurant.
Each home has their own private pool and the condo buildings have their own pool, so either way you will have a pool for those hot summer days.
Puerto Los Cabos Marina located only a 5 min drive makes it ideal for Yacht owners or fishing enthusiasts.
And if you like golf you have Puerto Los Cabos Golf Course, a 27-hole championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman. It offers breathtaking ocean views, rolling fairways, and a mix of challenging and scenic holes.
Nearby restaurants like Flora's Farm, Acre, Tamarindos and few more places in downtown San Jose makes it an ideal place to live if you consider that you have all of these options available in less than a 15 min drive.
In a nutshell El Encanto de La Laguna is conveniently located even though it doesn't seem like it, plus you have quick access to the East Cape area if you like to explore beyond civilization.
