Have you heard of Cabo Costa?
Have you heard of Cabo Costa? – El Tezal, Cabo San Lucas
As a resident of El Tezal, I’ve witnessed firsthand the rapid and intense development in the area. Not every project has started off on the right foot, and as real estate agents, it's our duty to stay informed about what we’re offering in order to provide well-grounded advice to our clients. The options are vast, but recently I stumbled upon an opportunity that deserves to be highlighted in an article.
Let me introduce you to Cabo Costa developing community—ideal for both living and rental.
Cabo Costa is located on the eastern edge of El Tezal, placing it in a prime area that offers the best of both worlds: convenient access to the rest of the residential zone with pickleball courts, Home Depot and supermarkets such as Fresko, Soriana 24hr and Costco. On the other side, an untouched Baja ecosystem. Here, you’ll enjoy scenic views of cardon cacti, torote trees, rock formations, and local wildlife. With a little luck, you might even spot deer in the area.
The elevated setting of Cabo Costa brings two major advantages. First, it offers sweeping ocean views—from which you can spot whales from November to April, one of the many reasons why so many are choosing to invest in this corner of Mexico. Second, it provides direct access to Las Antenas, a 90-minute hike starting right from your condo. The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking—and the best part is, you can enjoy this experience every single morning.
Now to the good stuff, amenities. The jewel of the crown is the heated infinity pool, beneath it you have the nature of Baja and the Ocean at the horizon. While you are relaxing at this privileged view, why not order something to eat from the deli-style kitchen working from 10:00am to 6:00pm… and yes, they serve tacos. If it gets late just turn on the firepit and huddle around on the big couch while you watch the sun go down behind the ocean. You can also have this view while exercising at the fully equipped gym. The desert gardens are really well kept and if you are remote working there is a spacious co-working area.
The perks of Cabo Costa keep going. Every unit has one or two underground parking spots with a storage room big enough for the beach toys or even to store your personals while the condo is renting. The first level units have an extended patio and the top-level ones have personal rooftops, both types of units with its own plunge pool. The HOA is around $300 to $450 usd depending on the condo, including maintenance of common areas, elevators, amenities, 24/7 security and trash pick-up.
Let’s get into the Cabo Costa master plan. There are going to be two phases, each one withs its own amenities. The first phase has several towers already delivered with owners living and enjoying it, there is availability to look up for some furnished and unfurnished options here. Some of the towers are still in the developing process, just a few months from delivery, this makes for a great opportunity to invest in pre-const. Every unit is delivered with porcelain flooring, led lighting system, ironwork and railing, Mini-splits, quality carpentry, equipped bathrooms, granite countertops, electric cooktop, oven and hood. Prices start at 290K.
This gated community was developed by Carpenti. A seasoned Mexican real estate developer with over 40 years of experience in project development, construction, and commercialization across Mexico and Central America. Carpenti has recently completed projects in Mexico City and Tulum.
